Judicial Candidates’ Night
The League of Women Voters of Cuyahoga County are partnering with the Ohio Women’s Bar Association and the Guardian ad Litem Project to present a candidates’ forum for judicial candidates.
The event is set for October 19, 2006 at the Women’s Pavilion in Lakewood Park. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m. Attorney and Mediator, Susan Jankite will be the moderator for the event.
The candidates invited to participate are those for the contested and uncontested benches on the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Eighth District Court of Appeals, and the Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County. The vacant benches in Common Pleas are in the General and Juvenile Divisions.
